    “Ma lumière dans l'obscurité brillante.“
~ Céline Camille Avery on July the 9th, 304ac

Eye Color: Hazel | Hair Color: Brown bordering Black.
Hair Style: Roughly left to grow hair and beard alike.
Height: 6’2” | Weight: 194lbs | Body Build: Athletic Ectomorph.
Skin Color: Tanned White | Weapon of Choice: Arming Sword.

    Day-to-day
Morgan will often wear rather rugged and improvised clothing due to the nature of his economic situation or at least current, in case he manages to turn things around. He will try and wear finer types of clothing when he can though the likelihood of him finding clothes like that is through stealing or charity. There isn't a very high chance he'd get some noble or high-class clothing through legitimate means.

    Clothing almost criminal
The sewers is a very dangerous place, something you should not be noticeable in. He will try and wear the darkest clothing he can with any sort of armor he can, improvised or actual armor. He will try and wear a black cloak and mask to hide his identity unless somebody wanted to rat him out and also wear a moderate degree of light armors guarding his torso and shoulder though if things are noticeably bad, he will try and return with actual metal armors instead of leather. Say a steel coating of his leather.

    Survivor of the Ithanian Wasteland
Surprisingly he kept his clothing from before, in case the same thing occurs. Due to recent changes, though, his ability to replace some of the worn parts, his getup has changed to a more military look. This look consisted of a blue great coat with red lines around the wrist area, covered in makeshift leather and iron armor, rugged boots and torn germanic trousers with leather kneepads. This has changed, of course, getting new padded boots and slightly armored germanic pants with kneepads, covered with a lot of leather which does restrict heat escape and stained black iron chest piece above a dark blue and a darkened red tunic.

    Morgan's Accent and Grammar.

Based on his Common Regalianish approach
The easiest way to describe this is to relate to the real world French-english accent. It's that sort of standard, his speaking in Regalianish often contains a number of issues involved with grammar and such, involving words that do not make sense when related to the situation and will often follow up with random d'Ithanie words. To put this rather easily, the longer the sentence is, its quality in grammar will decline very badly.
Morgan speaks these languages provided below:

D'Ithanie, he is fluent in this and mistakes are very much a rare occurrence.
Common Regalianish, he is nearing fluent though mistakes are common.
Alternative Regalianish, he is very new to this and mistakes are very common.

    ⚜ Morgan’s Personality and Abilities ⚜
    Core Personality Traits
    • Perfectionist: Morgan tries to do his work the best he very can under the idea that if you are to do so much work then you need to make sure that work is representable. He will spend hours on hours trying to complete a task that should take around half the time it could because he has so many processes to completing it to avoid any failure whatsoever and if that failure ever does happen, it can induce anger very easily. This can reflect towards others as well, getting angry over things are done at a decent scale and will often result in him trying to make people do things with perfection.
    • Scholarly: Morgan likes to be superior in every sense, physically and mentally. Of course, his mental health has declined majorly by the things he has experienced but he does continue to pursue an academic career. Knowledge is the only power he really believes, you could have all the muscle in Aloria but without an idea of strategy, geography and combat skills, you would be absolutely useless. He tries his best to engage is all sorts of learning with actual value, even if its relevance is very limited.
    • Systematic: Morgan is a very difficult person to work with, requesting the most perfect of ideas with many contingencies in case anything goes wrong. He always will try his best to have a perfect plan with exactly what to do, even with the simplest things and this makes him organized, knowing exactly what he wants to do. Of course, if he failed to have a plan, be that it failed or somebody knocked him off course then he would be rather angry and with most of his life gone in the recent events, his happiness is slowly declining due to a lack of a proper idea of what he wants to do. Just what he can do.
    • Formal: Morgan is a very formal person when the situation is right, trying to associate himself with people economically superior to him by following every social standard he can and would try and be a ‘gentleman.’ Holding open doors and pulling out chairs for people to sit down, a true gentleman. Of course, this isn’t something he enjoys to do, he just sees it as the logical answer to social survival and well, it has burned itself into his mind. If one was to investigate deeper into this, it would be revealed that he does this as a safety measure to ensure a good image for himself. He sees himself as an outsider, a refugee from a land of chaos. Sympathy is a petty word overused by Regalians while they don't know the real definition behind it. They'll help those in poverty but those from another territory in a situation similar to war are not to be trusted, anything they do is for their own interests. Or at least that is what he believes in that broken mind of his.
    • Skeptical: Morgan doesn’t really trust anything even when it is perfect and therefore it is not very easy for him to really settle down. He does not trust anything of Regalia but he when he looks at it, all he sees is the safest place in Aloria right now. He looks towards the military and sees weakness, how the Qadir's cut through them like a warm knife through butter. The sewers, a cesspit filled with foul creatures and criminals yet the guards do nothing proper to deal with it. Regalia itself, a city that survived due to luck.
    • Political: Morgan will try and follow politics in the current times due to a concern of poor leadership. Regalia in his eyes is failing, declining in its ability to operate effectively. He is very interested in this development and is something he would like to discuss very much and would leap at the chance to help the campaign and implement certain things.
    • Asocial: Due to his involvement with the ravages of the bone horrors and how they affected the mental appearance of people, Morgan is afraid of making contact with other people and therefore this makes being social a challenge for him. Expanding this into further detail, Morgan created a mental system to analysing people he meets and how they might react under pressure as he is afraid of seeing his friends turn into enemies when the situation changes; making him paranoid of ex-cons or people just in it for the money- what's stopping them from killing him for the right price after all?
    • Cynical: Due to what he has experienced, the loss of his family and friends. The constant defeats over and over, he has begun to only think for himself and what is available for him in the future. Due to this not being his natural nature, something that became noticeable after the events of the bone horrors; he will make exceptions to people he likes and will try to help those he believes need help though the most likely scenario is that he will think for himself and just himself. He’s a real top quality guy.
    • Distempered: Morgan. Bone Horrors. Death. Surprise, surprise. He’s a little fucked up mentally due to the things he witnessed and usually shows this through a number of mental changes to try and protect him from remembering or encountering it again. Anger is now a prevailing issue, often him losing his temper over the simplest of things and this can just result in a number of criminal charges or him losing an opportunity. This isn’t the only issue, him often feeling majorly depressed and having to sit down just to try and cope with it without crying or if you delve further, his sanity clearly deteriorating as he begins to talk to things that aren’t there, to try and cope with his losses.
    ⚜ Strengths ⚜
    • Ingenuity: Morgan is a very individual person and that is a good thing, capable of thinking far outside the box and solving problems through simple knowledge, he was one of the first people in his group to suspect that magic would be the reason behind all the bone horrors and the first to openly admit his theory towards the group just because he felt as if it was the logical answer. After all, everything seems to be powered by magic; it would be more of a surprise to him if it wasn’t magic.
    • Hard-hitting Athlete: Morgan doesn’t trust his surroundings and therefore he wants to be in the best physical shape to deal with his surroundings the moment things go south again. Because of this, he constantly will do runs around Regalia in the mornings and try to do all the physical activities he can. He can do a 1.5 mile run in around 9:13 minutes and has a beyond great one-minute test record, despite the injuries he has sustained throughout the years.
    • Loyal: Morgan is a very loyal person to those he sees as people worthy of it and achieving that respect from him is really unheard of at the moment. Either one could prove to be greater than him in every aspect, somebody who knows their boundaries or maybe if they resemble his dead wife just because he may feel that it is her giving him a sign. He will willingly follow them to the grave if it makes him feel like he would make his wife happy after death, that's really the only reason why he may do it, he just likes to confirm that they are trustworthy so he isn’t stopped from achieving that one goal.
    ⚜ Weaknesses ⚜
    • Mental Scarring: Due to what he has experienced throughout his lifetime and the recent events that plagued Aloria. Morgan finds it very hard to contain his emotions and well, this isn’t a very good trait to have. This often leading him towards assault and vandalism over the simplest of things. Anger isn’t his only issue, him finding it very hard to maintain friendships or socialize as well due to his constant paranoia and dislike of anybody who he feels could be a threat. No matter how minor. He may dislike somebody for them being weak just because he feels the standard would be to help them if they were injured which could result in both their deaths.
    • Physical Injury: Due to his encounters, he has received quite a few broken bones and as such, he still feels that damage today. Due to a large drop, while in Ithania, he broke his right leg and when he receives any form of damage to it, he will most likely feel far more pain than what it should, therefore making that area a liability and a very good area to hit when you get the chance. He also can’t actually hold his left arm properly still due to using it a few times in the wrong format and often shakes it too much making it hard for him to properly hold things, sometimes throwing glasses across the room just because of the issue.
    • Progressive Alcoholic: Oh, his greatest friend in recent times. Morgan has progressively begun drinking more and more over the past few weeks of arriving in Regalia and is entering a rather bad state which would not help him really at all. Usually, you can find Morgan drinking some sort of alcoholic beverage per standard with almost every meal and at any time of the day. Need to work, alcohol. Need to sleep, alcohol. It’s a problem people do point out to him yet he declines to stop doing it because he feels it's the best solution for him.
    • Reckless: Due to Morgans mental situation, it would make at least some sense how his behavior is becoming more reckless than logical. He often engages in activities that can get him hurt- mass alcohol intake, hardcore parkour, and other dangers and this makes him dangerous to himself and others, attempting to get into fights and basic arguments, something he has grown rather interested in. One may find that talking to him may be difficult as he may attempt to lead a fight. If somebody was to try and investigate further, they could realise that this trait drives him deeper and deeper into his issues, him disliking himself even more because he feels that what he is doing is the same reason why some of the people he cared about most dearly died or that he thinks he is slowly becoming the same man his father was, a violent and reckless drunk.

    'Memoirs of an Ithanian Survivor'
Morgan was born in Van Etten, Ithania to Astrid and Arsene Avery on August the third, 275ac. He had two siblings birthed after him who he doesn’t speak too very often anymore, maybe the odd letter each month. Morgan does not remember much of his childhood though there are some memories that stick with him, such as his mother's constant illness each week which only got worse each year and his father becoming dependent on alcohol and the kids becoming dependent on him, a very bad combination when mixed together. Morgan was often abused during those times by his father's drunken outbursts though, in their family, that had become standard. He constantly had to drop out of education and into labor to help fund his siblings which took a toll on his education, possibly limiting his future opportunities.

Often he found work as a stable master for a Daucourt family where he met Selene, the two connected beyond amazingly and stuck together as friends for a very long time, it wasn't until he was twenty when he asked to marry her and much to his amazement, he received a yes. Using the money he had saved up, he bought a small farm and they settled a business on it. Avery et Daucourt Agriculture. They supplied organic food to their town and nearby towns and were not met with much competition. By 302AC, he had expanded the business far better than he had ever imagined. His lover had given birth to their daughter Laetitia and he was proud of what he had accomplished. He wanted to give that child a life he wanted, choice.

His life was going exactly as he hoped, a normal life. He could raise his daughter to be a great person, live with his wife until they both pass. It could be normal, the horrors of his childhood could be forgotten because those are the worst he'd ever face. This was his mind before the event, clouded by love. These clouds began to clear as the bone horrors began to rise, taking the lives of his wife and daughter. Something that broke him from his firm hold from sanity and happiness, when he felt that he had failed them. If he didn’t hesitate, he could have saved the woman he loved. The child he loved, he could have saved everyone he loved but he didn’t. He physically couldn’t and for that, he can’t forgive himself. He spent the next month just walking until he found a solution, finding food from abandoned towns that seemed clear and having to run from the odd threat after he learned that they wouldn’t die from rumors from settlements across the ways. He encountered a lot of things throughout that walk including the ways people may delve when met with a brick wall, finding a group of entirely female members and a settlement bent on the idea that unionism was a lie and that an unknown god was punishing us by stopping us from dying. He eventually set up in a fortified town named Sergeac and began working with a number of people to get the ships in its harbor capable of defending themselves from what they presumed to be undead fishies.

After some kind of miracle, being onboard the only ship that managed to make it to the dock of Regalia out of the nineteen that departed. Taken in by swarms of soldiers and questioned about how a ship made it across from Ithania despite the conditions, being released after him and his crew was interviewed and examined over the course of a few weeks. Now he walks Regalia no longer normal, holding together like a smashed glass ornament put back together with glue. A survivor of the incidents that will go on to be known by the fading future as the beginning of the end.

Morgan does not remember much of his childhood though there are some memories that stick with him, such as his mother's constant illness each week which only got worse each year and his father becoming dependent of alcohol and the kids becoming dependent on him, a very bad combination. This resulted in their father constantly abusing the children and them having to become independent to survive, often scurrying to jobs to make enough money to buy provisions or maybe taking the odd punch or two for the other sibling. He worked as a stablemaster from fourteen to seventeen before he met the woman he would go on to love for nearly ten years.
He met Celine while working as the stablemaster, she being the owners daughter. When they met, they noticed a large amount of similarities in their interests and really just clicked. Both trying to spend as much time as possible with each other, of course it wasn’t love at first sight, neither of them believed in that but it was the foundation of a brilliant relationship. It wasn’t until he was twenty until he actually told her that he loved her and to his amazement, he received a similar response. It was settled, his life was finally clicking into place. Around this time, he had saved up as much money as he could and purchased a small farm and created the business “Avery et Daucourt agriculture” with her, a name simple but it established the point of the business. When he was twenty-five, the business really began to kick off as it managed to expand its sale radius about twenty more miles, a total of around 75 miles squared. Even finding out a few weeks after he heard this news that his wife Celine was pregnant. 300AC, the year it finally became greater than he had hoped.

Nothing much happened in the next two years and this inspired him to search for more.. Lets say new territory for sales, an idiotic idea which he regrets now was leaving his wife and daughter to go to Regalia to see if he could convince any shipping companies or businesses to purchase from him or join sides to export easier. He managed to secure around two pledges before Regalia was sieged by the Qadirs due to baver’s death, nearly dying in fact when a Qadir soldier stabbed him just by the liver and left him for dead. Luckily he was found by a small rebel party being given medical assistance by their group medic and brought back into their little safezone which they called ‘Safezone Amsail.’ He stuck with them for that time and took the first ship back to Ithania to see his wife and child for the first time in months, luckily being met by them without issue.

After trying to rebuild what he had lost from the Qadirs interference, he felt that the happiest he had ever been. The future clouded by the judgement brought by love. He eventually set up in a fortified town named Sergeac and began working with a number of people to get the ships in its harbour capable of defending themselves from what they presumed to be undead fishies. This process took around 1 and a half months as they also tested their ideas on what could help defend them. His suggestion, anti-magic.

See, Morgan theorised that magic may have been the ones pushing their creatures because everything they had tried wouldn’t kill them and well, magic really is the only factor he could think of that could cause that. Hence caused the hunt for an anti mage which lasted two weeks before they finally found one. Taking the ships for their final run, to prove their theory once and for all. Leaving with six ships each testing different theories and landing in Regalia with two, taken in by soldiers and questioned on how they reached Regalia. After a few weeks of that, most of them were allowed out under observation. Morgan now searches to help people in the best ability he can, one of the strangest ideas he has had to doing this is to join the guard, if for some reason they actually recruit him despite his background and declining mental health.

    Peer Review:

    *slow clap*

This is a great application. I've read it three times and found it lacking little. I did find a few tiny nitpicky things
    • Asocial and Formal seem to conflict with one another. The description used for formal seems to suggest that he outgoing, but Asocial seems to suggest that he is not outgoing. You may want to either re-explain or remove one of these things (since there are ample other traits to cover the requirement).
    • The Regalian Living and Upbringing sections near the top seem like they may fit better within the life story section.
    • The Life Story section is already over the 900 word limit by almost double. I may suggest creating a condensed timeline of his life as the life story and then moving your current Life Story into an Anthology section and spoiler it out so you can preserve some of the great details there.

Ayo, thanks. Edits in progress when I figure out the best way to deal with them but the Life Story I genuinly feel as if I can't make under 900 words as the bone horrors would be a warzone and I don't like leading things for people to presume.

SO SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT. Here's my review!
    • Dying for something might be a good ambition for a person, but as a character, it doesn't really allow much room to progress. I'd like you to either find a new main ambition and make the 'dying for something' a side goal, or add 2+ side goals in addition to his current main one.
    • Why does he use the fake names?
    • Rename 'Painstaking' to 'Perfectionist'
    • Add another weakness of any sort.
    • Make the edits in a different colour and tag me when you're done!

Just one more thing that I hadn't noticed before - crossbows aren't to be used given that they're considered military-grade. Remove that from your secondary weapon. Other than that, the app looks good to go.
