Spirit only knows what these pyromaniac bandits really wanted. Maybe someone would figure it out? There seemed to be a lot of these flyers this time. Where were they getting the paper and the ink? Maybe you could track them down through their purchases of paper. Unless they did that under pseudonym. Damn. Only the vague leads from the original Merchant's Guild fire were even around.
