Special Dispensation for Aberrants

White Mage Documentation
The following is a public record of which Aberrants possess any form of exceptional documentation from the Ministry for the Magi; this includes but is not limited to any level of Special Dispensation documentation for any Aberrant, covering Silven muters, Witchblood abilities, or general entry into the Imperial Palace, as well as the names of Mages who possess White Mage documentation and therefore legal permission to practice Magic freely or within the confines of what their documentation allows.
Special Dispensation:
> Leufred du Brierust, PHANTASMA (@Fergoff); permitted to enter the Imperial Palace, on grounds of leal state service, as well as make use of Phantasma abilities freely. (September 1st, 307AC.)
> Valerie du Brierust, MAGE (@WaterDruppel); permitted to enter the Imperial Palace, on grounds of leal state service. (September 1st, 307AC.)
> Aesling Sylfina, SILVEN (@Bellarmina); permitted to make use of any Silven 'Power' Muters, on grounds of strength of character and significance to Regalian commerce and morale. (September 1st, 307AC.)
> Aeawyn Hallevandeia, MAGE (@Caelamus); permitted to make use of any Magical abilities or Silven 'Power' Muters while on duty as a Grey Witch guard on grounds of leal service and earned faith from the Ministry. (September 21st, 307AC.)

To aberrants intending to acquire exceptional documentation, exceptional moral character and clear and exclusive loyalty to the state are paramount in requirements for receiving any level of exceptional documentation. Documentation may be declared valid or invalid at the discretion of the Ministry. The Ministry is not bound to inform any Aberrant of the invalidation of their documentation; as such, Aberrants with documentation should remain on best behaviour at all times, lest their documentation be revoked. This listing is prone to change as time passes, and as Aberrants display themselves and their loyalties more openly in the Regalian Empire.
All acts declared by this announcement are hereby passed into law.
