Mesmessei, Vampiric knower of many things, invites the many able-blooded Sanguine of the city to meet one another in the halls of the Vampire district. The host promises food, drink, and a proposal to those willing to hear it. Those not bearing blessed blood would do well to hide that fact, lest they be given something as a commemorative gift for attending.
