ᘛ Mari is a rather scruffy wanderer. Despite his uncivilized nature, they found peace in creating music and sharing their art with the world. Though some may see her as quiet and lazy, Mari is a curious and free-spirited young feka.
ᘛ Mari was raised as a follower of Baskarr as was common in their family. Specifically, his family worshipped the god Ankh. However, she holds many values from the old gods, the religion that was followed by the bard she met.

  • Mari can be seen as rather unkempt, with a lean yet muscular stature standing at a height of 5,2. He has shaggy and wavy dark brown hair, nearly black and gray at the tips, in a wolf-cut style. inherited from his asha parents, she sports a pair of rusty-colored ears and a fox-like tail. there's a lot of discoloration on their body, most notably on their stomach/chest, nose, hands, and feet.
  • their attire isn't expensive by any means. her wardrobe is pretty small and mostly made up of things they'd made themselves. He can usually be seen with some kind of body/face paint, already atop some of his tattoos. He loves to decorate himself with flowers and crystals, as well as magic to hide some of her more unsavory features and to add more to her appearance.

• Origin || Mari was born to an Isldar mother and an Asha father as an only child during the early spring months. their parents were merchants though they moved back to their Father's home village to raise Mari.
• 0 - 10 || They had a fairly normal childhood. they spent most of the time exploring his village as well as the surrounding woods with his cousins. As he reached their, ninth birthday, his home was raided and pillaged. His parents sent him to run and hide in the forest and with no time to even see who was burning down their houses, he escaped into the forest without looking back.
• 10 - 18 || As a young child, Mari was too scared to go back home. he was even too scared to go to another village for fear that they'd also been attacked. as a result, they'd live in the forest completely isolated for years to come. After some point, they became accustomed to their new way of living. as they grew up, they learned to steal from small camps and carriages for supplies and would teach themself magic to help them survive.
• 18 - Present || Hed had been living this way until he reached his twenties when he was caught sneaking into a traveling bards campsite. luckily, the bard and empathetic and befriended Mari. the bard taught them how to play music and from then on, Mari traveled with the bard until they reached Regalia, where'd they would have to go separate paths.
