Spoiler: Visual Expansion ≫ Marcus’ face appears greatly toned in itself, with a strong jawline and some cheekbones visible. His eyes are somewhat big, and beautifully jade- his more obvious and noticeable trait. He sports sideburns and a light beard, as well. ≫ At five foot eleven, Marcus slightly beats the average. His muscles are toned heavily, that of the Ripped body type. ≫ His attire appears plain and much alike the average middle-class Reglaian. Marcus’ clothing is extremely functional, typically embodied in fitted shirts, pants, and simple boots; all with minimal detailing. ≫ Marcus has no accent, due to a common upbringing in Anglia and turnaround to Regalia. His interactions throughout Regalia have simplified his speech to relate to most others in the capital, speaking with a moderate speed and a soft tone. Emotions, quite obviously, modify his tone according to the situation, as well. His native Anglian language is hardly used, despite its commonality, and he far prefers Common as his language of choice. ≫ Character Alignment | Neutral Good• While Marcus cares very much for his own personal journey and goals, he has no quarrel with the governance and enforcement of law and order in society. Despite that, he may not necessarily always follow said law; assuming it presents itself as an obstacle to his own mission. ≫ Character Personality Type | ESTP - The Entrepreneur• Generally charismatic, Marcus lives for the social institutions of Regalia; and tends to attract people to him rather than drive them away. He’s persistent and determined, sometimes annoyingly, to his own goals and ideals. ≫ Character's Religion | Unionism (6/10).• Marcus grew up in a predominantly Unionist household, and this religion followed him throughout his life and career. He continues to practice today, though far less than he did in his youth. Birth and Childhood ≫ 279 - Marcellus Elian van Leuhara was fourth-born and last-born among three brothers to Cassian and Aletta Leuhara. The family maintained a relatively large farm and earned enough to be considered somewhere above middle-class. He was born on February 23rd. ≫ 279-285 - Throughout early childhood, Marcus was raised to be a hard-working worker for his family. He was proud and charismatic, though not rebellious against his parents or community. Marcus worked hard throughout much of his youthful years, but despite that had quite a bit of freedom. Adolescence ≫ 285-289 - Despite said freedom, Marcus and his siblings were typically found in the farmland working the fields for their family, much akin to other Anglian youth in the region. Work gave an edge of maturity to the boy, a trait that carried him from the bottom of the familial totem pole to the top, and into high regard with his parents. ≫ 289 - Eventually this work and maturity caught legitimate attention of his father, who opted to send Marcus to the School of Turall rather than some form of higher-level education. Marcus was not heir to the wealth and power his father held and, according to his father, would be more useful as a protector and worker on the farm. ≫ 289-295 - While within the school, Marcus began to lose his once-important beliefs of religion, and lost some touch with Unionism. Frankly, the boy had no real supervision to hold him to practicing and instead began to put off religion a bit; opting rather to focus on early study and training. ≫ 295-296 - Life at the school was easy for the boy, as the close bonds formed with fellow trainees and mentors were quite relatable to his life at home. Marcus excelled in training, though consistently made use of opportunities to visit with family when presented with them- therefore maintaining a close relationship with his parents and kin throughout his time at the school. Through his latter years in the school, Marcellus excelled- leaving after seven years of training. Adulthood and Present ≫ 296-298 - Marcellus graduated at age seventeen, where he spent the better part of two years teaching at the school, further mastering his abilities and preparing the next line of Turrall bladesmen. ≫ 298-300 - Marcus quickly grew bored of teaching and opted to return to his old life. He moved back to his family farm for a sense of normalcy, working as a farmer and guard of the farm for some years. He was paid for this time, an amount that would fuel his future ventures in life. ≫ 300-309 - After two more years in Anglia, Marcus just left. The recent Anglian Mist Crisis had crippled his family and business- his usefulness had been exhausted, and some sort of change was necessary. He decided to further educate himself- attending the Regalian schools of Statesmanship, Diplomacy, and Espionage. ≫ Present - Marcus, now educated and trained, decided that the Holy City had the most opportunity for him to succeed. He moved there, hoping to make a living- and a name for himself.
