Probably? There's dozens of other combat schools that achieve much of the same thing, just different mixtures of profiencies in cocktails. I didn't really consider how this lore would reflect survival tournaments, but tournaments happen between other schools and orders besides just Knights. Anyone who uses an axe could call themselves a Skagger for example, so there's a lot of leeway.
