The Noble Houses Typhonus and Black do hereby announce the publication of the Lutherstadt Accord. Any invasion of one House is considered an invasion of the other House. If either of the two Houses should find themselves in a defensive war, this treaty allows them to call the other House into the conflict on their behalf. For these Defensive Conflicts, total mobilization of the other House is expected, as is the nature of fighting a defensive war. In the event of such conflict, the Chain of Command of both Houses is organized as such.
