Life Story (Required) Birth and Childhood: 273 AC- 283 AC Luca was born on a fair spring day to Sebastian and Jocelyn Ombre in Oakclyff, the traditional seat of the Ombre in Micelle. Luca was an unathletic child, much like his father and much to his father’s dismay. In his early years, he gave up any hopes of an athletic future, concentrating on academics; especially in regards to the sea and sailing. Chance Encounter: 284-285 A trip to the marketplace results in Luca finding a roadside petshop with an Allar selling an unwanted Lumiazz; a type of pastel snake that he soon grew incredibly fond of. Luca, from that point on, devoted a portion of his life towards studying reptiles, and even started to pair Lumiazz together. Chrysant War: 286-291 The Chrysant war begins as Luca turns the age of 14. Luca’s father, Sebastian, cannot join due to medical complications, leaving the man bitter. From that point on, Luca’s already tense relationship with his father took a turn for the worse as Sebastian constantly berated, and sometimes even struck him. Luca is an Allar sympathizer during such time and fled to his studies in the Wildland reptiles and their culture, beliefs. From there, his budding interest into Soul Dragon worship began. War’s End: 292-304 Upon the closure of the Chrysant War, Luca learns of the destruction of the Allar’s second homeland. Greatly saddened, and also fueled by a desire to leave his family, Luca departs to Hadar, leaving nothing but a note behind explaining such. He vows to never look back, as well as to help the Allar recover in any way possible. While in Hadar, he continues his research into reptiles, immerses himself in Allar Culture, and researches the Dragon Dogma. He often takes expeditions into the wilds of Hadar, and learns how to track creatures for his research purposes. He frequently notes his findings within a journal, and continues to study husbandry, with a specific focus on the behavior and coupling habits of reptiles. Death of a Parent: 305 AC Luca receives word that his father, a traitor, has been killed by the heiress to the Ombre name. He is filled with conflicting emotions; his mother grieves, but his killer celebrates. He reconsiders his harsh childhood, his lack of closure, and his mother’s grief. With no outlet, he pins his stormy emotions on Olivia. He continues to live in Hadar, and completely invests himself in his work - and reinvents himself as someone new, different, better. His instinctual wanderlust takes over. He copes with recent events through travelling seaward, and through that, dedicates himself into maritime knowledge. His time at sea also honed his economic skills, as he became the ledger-man for the ship he traveled on. Death of an Heiress: 308 Word reaches Luca regarding Olivia’s death, and the rise of a missing heir to the Ombre name. During such time Luca had already invested the past few years devoting himself to the Dragon Dogma, seeing the recent events of the concerning dragons of varying sorts: the discovery of the Imperial Dragon, the infamous Dread Dragon, and even the death of the Frost Dragon - the last of the Violet Dragons of which he had believed in. While reluctant to leave this life of scholarly devotion in Hadar, his curiosity and concern over the missing heir overtakes him, and he heads across the sea for the first time in many years. His destination: Regalia.

I'll be reviewing this app. - In your proficiency point allocation, you should indicate which points are from Hobby points. - You should pick one Body Shape and one Body Fat stat. - In the Core List, elaborate on your character's personality a little more. I don't get a good idea from their backstory. - Your life story needs more detail. Where was Luca born? Why did he get such a fascination for the Allar so as to run away? - Why does he worship Dragons, other than simply researching their Dogma? What led him to convert away from Unionism? Elaborate. Once you've done these things, I can approve it.
@OkaDoka hi, i made some changes to account for recent updates, including removing will of faith and adding lineage powers. i've overhauled his backstory to be more marine-based and animal-study based. all changes have been made in bold. tell me what you think!
