A number of carefully scrawled posters would be plastered to the walls of the sewers and various slum housing. The note was headed with a scrawled drawing of a Black hound, A blade through its head to signify its death. the writing was rather large, to allow for even the most hard-reading sewer folk to understand. It reads thus:
Los Perros Muertos is a new gang found in the slums, formed on the ideals that those powerful enough to rise above their fated life should be feared and respected. Their leader believes that those who are born into poverty, sadness and overall bad lifestyles, and claws their way to the top, deserve more respect and power than those who are born blue blooded. While the groups members consist of mainly warriors, cutthroats and brawlers, they are not against taking on 'whelps' for other smaller tasks, such as healing, spying, etc. While also not mandatory, the leader of the group enforces Old Gods worship in the form of rituals, offerings and other such ideals.
The gang's hierarchy works in a 'kill or be killed' system, where the higher-ups are challenged by underlings to fight in the Hounds Pit, with the challenger being granted a higher rank, should they turn out victorious. Whelps have a section all of their own, and are not included in the hierarchy.
Guidelines: Los Perros Muertos are capable of almost any job or target given to them: excelling in jobs that require a beating, or a hostage situation. They are also very happy to handle any 'debts' someone may owe to a contact, for a fee. Their most wanted jobs however, are the ones which work towards their ideals of fighting back against the unionists and blue-bloods.

- any information of potential jobs/ hits should be brought up to the warlord. No excuses.
- Jobs will be chosen and distributed by the warlord and war-hounds.
- Any money made will be taken in by the warlord, and a small fee shall be taken before the money is returned.
- All challenges to rise into higher ranks must be approved by either a war-hound or a warlord.
- All rules are to be followed. If they are not held to the highest account, then the rule-breaker will be prosecuted and punished thoroughly.
