By Official Decree of Lord Chancellor Delmotte Government Positions Regalian City Council, The Regalian City Council is a government body that was established in the year 308 AC for the express purpose of improving the wellbeing and quality of life of the Crown Isle's inhabitants. The city council is responsible for the distribution of non-military or armament related licenses, the maintenance, improvement, and implementation of public infrastructure, and hosting commoner assemblies. Jared Kade (@LumosJared) Mercenary Inspector, The Mercenary Inspector is the authority on all things related to private military contractors but is expected to communicate with approved guard charters to ensure a high standard of quality amongst the mercenary charters in the city of Regalia. A list of the Mercenary inspector’s full rights and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Regularly inspecting mercenary charters, granting permits to those who abide by their expectations and revoking permits of those who breach Regalian Law or have known criminals within their charter. 2. Listing approved mercenary charters to a public registry, and submitting this registry to each Violet Chapter Commander. 3. Collaborating with the Violet Order to ensure a high standard of quality in mercenary charters. 4. Granting permits for the use of short-swords, short-spears and short sleeved mail hauberks to mercenaries which are only applicable when actively pursuing a legal contract. 5. Announcing open contracts and bounties which have been approved by either a Violet Commander or the Lord Chancellor himself. The Mercenary Inspector is beholden directly to the Lord Chancellor and may be dismissed without notice should the need ever arise. This individual is currently: 1. Alberic Typhonus (@Natannine) Guard Charter Adjudicator Following the disbandment of the Violet Order as a unified entity, there have been numerous incidents which have occurred between two or more guard charters, putting a strain on the day-to-day performance of the Regalian State as it becomes overwhelmed with trivial matters that are better addressed by a dedicated individual rather than the Lord Chancellor. As a result, his Eminence has decided to create the office of the 'Guard Charter Adjudicator,' with the following rights and responsibilities. 1. Advise the Lord Chancellor on the creation, termination and suspension of guard charters and their members. 2. Advise the Lord Chancellor on potential new rights for guard charters. 3. Investigate corruption in approved guard charters, or delegating this responsibility to another, unbiased charter. 4. Investigate cases of abuse from guard charters against the Regalian people. 5. Adjudicate on disputes between guard charters. The Guard Charter Adjudicator is beholden directly to the Lord Chancellor and may be dismissed without notice should the need ever arise. Rodrigo Peirgarten (@Yigit) is the successful applicant to the position of Guard Charter Adjudicator. His status as a guard within the Old Guard charter is immediately revoked.

William Arnyn was the successful applicant to the 5th spot on the Advisory Cabinet. Furthermore, due to an on-the-spot decision, the Lord Chancellor has decided to approve Atrheos Vlosyros as the sixth member of the advisory cabinet.
The Lord Chancellor's advisory cabinet has been abolished and the Regalian City Council has risen from its ashes. Anyone interested in joining the Regalian City Council should send an application to the Lord Chancellor immediately. Commoner representation is desirable, as is the representation of doctors and alchemists.
