1. Regalian Common Law 3 now reads as: "To harm in self-defense is only legal when under self-risk of bodily harm. Self-defense is the use of physical force that is less or equal to the threat faced by the defending party."
2. Regalian Knight Law 1 now reads as: "The following Knight Orders may open carry non-military grade weapons and up to Plate Armor:"
3. The Lord Chancellor has decided to do away with the laws regarding the loss of fingers as a result of reoccurring insults towards the nobility but has decided to increase the severity of fines in existing law to compensate for this change. Regalian Insult Law 4 now reads as: "Any person offending the right of Nobility or Nobles is fined 80 Regals. Repeat offenders shall be imprisoned, and the fine doubled each offense."
4.Regalian City Ordinances Law 4 is abolished.
5. Regalian Political Law 4 is already covered by Regalian Common Law 6, and therefore is marked redundant and abolished.
6. Regalian Political Law 6 is already covered by Regalian Common Law 6, Capital Law 6 and Political Law 8, and therefore is marked redundant and abolished.
7. Regalian Noble Law 2 now reads as: "To deprive a Noble of a vote in any way, is illegal."
8. Regalian Civil Status Amendment: "All Regalian Government secretaries and official ministers will enjoy the privileges associated with First Civil Status, regardless of their race, for as long as they hold a position in the Regalian Government. This is to ensure that these individuals can work productively and unimpeded by any restraints which would be otherwise placed upon them by the status of their birth."
9. Regalian Political Law Addition: "Taxation from Drixagh must always be appropriated for soldier wages, infrastructure, and commerce and nothing which is a detriment to Drixagh's culture, faith, and customs."

Article II - Magical Artefacts,
The Lord Chancellor is relieved to announce that the search for magical artefacts has come to an end, and expresses great gratitude towards those who have surrendered their artefact to the Regalian State for the purpose of bringing about a conclusion to the dreadful wars currently burdening the Regalian Empire.
Article III - Miscellaneous,
1. The Lord Chancellor has decided to grant the abandoned music hall on Eastwald Road to the Lord Commander William Howlester, to be used at his own discretion, for his diligent attitude towards helping resolve the State's crises.
2. The Lord Chancellor will be launching a poll for public opinion which will be used for internal review, so that the government can better understand the needs of the common people of Regalia, and what changes need to be brought about to improve the overall wellbeing of Regalian denizens.
3. The State would like to take this proclamation as an opportunity to voice its greatest admiration and appreciation towards the Imperial Church of the Holy Divine, who has been the largest financial contributor to the State out of all churches during these unsteady months, and has also helped perform the most religious and relief services to Unionist soldiers throughout the war with Drixagh.
