  • House Black will provide House Slumberwood with a 35,000 regals loan that will be utilized to make improvements in their lands. The regals will not be utilized in any war efforts against its people or otherwise.

  • House Slumberwood in turn pays back the 35,000 regals plus an interest rate of 5% that will increase until it is paid. The last date to pay will be the first of February with the total payment expected being 35,292 regals.
