Archived Library Containg Books On Lore

So I had an idea on how new players can get info without having to go onto the wiki. I don't know if they still have it, but why not be able to check out books on various subjects like Vampires or guides on how plugins are used. Maybe you could have a book store with each one costing different amount of regals depending on length.

This is a great idea, but seriously, it doesn't take much effort to go on the wiki, for free.

A public library was attempted in Regalia...then someone stole most of the books or MonMarty removed them.
