To the brave civilians and Bluesteel guards who helped us douse the flames at the guild hall today, the Olennais Society, the Open Ocean Merchant Guild and the House Black would like to express our utmost appreciation and gratitude; and also our relief that no one was seriously hurt. The good news is that no major structural damage has been done to the building, and we will be able to resume our regular activities soon enough. Furthermore, the Olennais Society was able to raise a healthy sum for charity at their auction. The bad news is that it was not an accident that caused the blaze, but rather a nefarious band of rouges going by the name of the "Burglar's Guild". Information has been passed to the Bluesteels, and we are certain that these despicable thieves will be brought to justice swiftly.
~Phillip~ The tall, muscular man walked through the tavern entrance, his cane tapping the ground in front of him as he moved. He stopped as the letter caught his eye, and he furrowed his brow slightly, whispering something quietly in D'Ithanie to himself about how the guards seemed to always be there for the high nobles. ----- -Alex- The boy in the black and purple strode into the tavern, glancing around nervously before noticing the letter and faintly smiling after he reading it. 'Someday', he thought to himself. -----
Johanna Hartlin Looking at the notice, a small smile touches the corner of her mouth. Thoughts of how everyone at the scene worked together plays in her mind. All of them formed a line and passed buckets of water efficiently. With all of the people out of the building, everyone was able to solely focus on dousing the brutal flames and avoided further casualties let alone kept the fire from spreading. This miraculous act of teamwork brings hope to the female guard and to maybe cause her to start believing that all compassion in people's hearts are not so easily extinguished like the fire that threatened many lives today. A new serge of determination pulses through her, wanting so badly that those responsible will face ultimate justice. Her foot tapping the floor in thought she nods before calmly continuing on her way into the tavern.
Just take a picture, then pretend that it was a drawing/painting. Easiest way to bypass inability to draw. You could also likely put a filter on to just make it seem more realistically drawn.
Done, should I pose something IC or give it to you oocly and pretend Syrum Had something to do with it?
Send it as a Witness testimony to @BillyTheScroofy or @MantaRey but do ensure that you have valid reasoning behind sending it to them, or otherwise having the ability to draw, or remember. Also add within it a description of the people you saw, what they were doing, any names or locations you heard them discussing. Generally anything that might help the investigation at current time.
Well then I guess I may or may not be out of luck with them being afk. otherwise it would have been perfect.
You can do so here on the forums and they will see it eventually. Something like, A mysterious package is left at the front gate of the Black Tower, within is a series of drawings and writing on the backs of each detailing what is within the pictures. (IMG link here) (Description goes here)
A pouch of twenty regals would find itself on Chris's desk somehow, a letter read "Sorry this is all I could offer. Tanoro Viduggla"
Blue Steel!!! Iswar would lumber up to the billboard and tilt his head to read the sign. Frowning, the Dakkar would take one regal and a small bit of tar to stick the coin directly on the flier. He would give a proud nod, for donating a large sum of what he had to a just cause before lumbering away.
