What about applications for roleplay only factions, or rp claimed areas. They could have pvp turned off like the spawns of the worlds do.

My idea would be that you give the coords of the area that you want for rp, and staff can disable pvp in a case by case basis. Like mini regalias. Staff should monitor these areas carefully to make sure that power isn't being abused by factions folk, and there should be serious consequences for violating the rules.
