Her relationship with religion is distant, entertaining the prospect of many faiths; after all, the one that’s looking out for her will show itself, right? Appearance Information Leo has no mutations, but has a number of tattoos and piercings; the most visible of these are a ring in the centre of her lower lip, a ring in her septum, and two piercings in her earlobes that alternatingly sport large hoops or large, flat golden discs. Her most visible tattoo is a single continuous piece that wraps around both arms in full sleeves, running over both shoulders and up her neck to her jaw, terminating midway down her sternum. This single piece depicts roses, marigolds, and blackberries surrounded by curling leaves. Leo possesses many other tattoos, but these are rarely shown outright. Leo stands at 5’2, with thick, curly brown hair that she often leaves loose or styles into thick braids and deeply tanned, freckled skin. Life Story Léonie Adriana Anabela Serrador Labandeira was born outside of Portimao, Lusits. She was one of six children of a Daendroque couple, and grew up well-loved and comfortable. Her siblings are Luzia, born in 286, Micaela, born in 287, Carmo and Emilio, born in 289, and Catia, born in 290. Léonie, affectionately nicknamed Leo by her friends and family, spent her adolescence assisting her mother as a seamstress, learning how to sew, weave, and tailor, while her father, a doctor and alchemist, worked. Leo set off at the age of 17 for Ithania, spending some time serving a noble house. She worked as a personal clothier, learning to speak the languages of the Empire and even ones from beyond it, her tailoring becoming a means of making a living while she worked and studied. Close to her noble patron's court, she fell in with the Hoterie Guild, seeking to entertain and accompany, eventually selling her skills alongside her tailoring. Leo eventually came to Regalia in 306AC in search of personal fortune and progression; she spent time working as a courtesan and later as a full-time tailor, making a living in the Imperial capital. Here, she developed more heavily into medical care, mostly driven by the need to treat her friends' wounds. She lived through the Clicker Crisis and the subsequent Vampire Crisis, as well as many other minor troubles in the city. In May of 311, Leo's life briefly changes; in a confrontation with her old friend-turned-Kathar Sevaal (previously Lucera), she is knocked unconscious and taken for a Dread Rebirth-- one which, despite the change, she finds herself not entirely averse to after a past with the Dread Priest Kelvenne. She lingered on the edge for a time, not committing herself to the Void Gods quickly, eventually returned to normal self by Signe of the Aelriggan Order in November of that same year-- a full five months of Dread binding.
