Kenji comes from Huo-Chang he spent most of his life training under the soldiers and smiths studying under the Arts since he was but a child. most of his life was spent training to be a silent Assassin taking Targets out from close and far away. he came to Regalia to find new targets and dispose of them as Quietly as possible
