Born into a familyline who seemed to have a run of misfortune on their names. Her sickly Qadir mother and disabled Etosian father were barely able to afford living as servants on their own now had to support a growing child. Despite the conditions of homelife, the parents raised Kealoha as best they could with what time they could spare. Kealoha was often left home alone due to her parents' work schedule, with the spare time she had she took to the less glamorous side of Etosil. She watched vendors create beautiful art pieces in exchange for coins. Wishing to develop such a talent herself, she rummaged through the trash of various vendors for art supplies. In the cramp alleyways between the stalls she mimicked the art pieces she saw, practicing in whatever time she has to herself. Her parents caught wind of her adventures outside of home and further encouraged her in her pursuit, remarking her art as beautiful. Kealoha sold her pieces of landscapes of Etosil and in turn she started to make coins from it. Comments of her art pieces were held in high regard (in terms of the rundown area she sold them in) inspired her to do the same to people. Her first experiment in it being her parents who were often looked down as wrong, portraying them as highly and lovely as she viewed them. This stroked an idea in Kealoha, returning back out in the streets to see out individuals who needed an ego boost. She picked up tattooing and body care methods in order to help people express their passions and love for themselves through her work of art. Behind her back, her parents’ conditions worsened and feared leaving her behind with no family. They sent her to a small coastal village to work and live under the Mikaladis family in hopes they’d further boost her potential artist career. At the age of seventeen, she sent off in the belief to become the family’s painter. The reality of the matter, she was turned into a servant who was just treated slightly better than the rest. The Mikaladis family did however help support Kealoha's growing art potential, in turn Kealoha honed her skills around art and the express of it onto one's body. The family sold her pieces off and gave Kealoha half. She believed half the funds that were kept was being spent back to her parents, instead it was greedily being pocketed by the head of the family who refused to tell Kealoha the truth. Kealoha, who still believed her parents to be alive, followed the family around and remained as a servant quite happily. Still holding onto her passion of making others feel beautiful, Kealoha hopes to seek that goal in Regalia. »——✯——«
