Life Story Adolescence | ¤ Kim was born in the year 284 AC to an unknown Sihai Father and Mother in a western trading port somewhere in Dexai. ¤ He was raised as an only child by his Mother while his Father remained out of the picture. ¤ The trading port where he grew up was synonymous with organized criminal activity from a local gang that had a tight grip on the port, allowing them to pull a profit smuggling contraband in and out of borders. Kim would befriend the son of a lieutenant of the gang, being really close to the whole ‘family bond' that the gang would provide to the young and desperate Kim. ¤ Kim’s mother eventually died of some sickness which would lead to Kim’s friend asking his father, the gang lieutenant, if he could adopt Kim. ¤ Kim was adopted into the family, growing up next to Gao Ning as a sort of brother. Teenage Years | ¤ Kim started working under the gang now, earning his first set of ceremonial traditional tattoos that were synonymous with the gang. ¤ Kim’s talent for thievery was noticed by his superiors and gave him well renown within the local gang. ¤ At the age of 16, Kim would be given the chance alongside his friend to move to a large city in order to expand their little operation. Kim and Gao were basically sent in first to scout out the City and gather intel to bring back, and even establish a sort of headquarters if possible. ¤ Three years later a small operation would be set up in the heart of that bustling City with the help of Kim. ¤ Kim would now earn most of his gang-tats, being a respected member at his younger age. ¤ To the misfortune of the whole gang, and most to Kim, his friend informed the whole gang to the local and outer-region authorities after his father, the lieutenant, was killed after a coup took place within the hierarchy of the gang. ¤ Every single operation, assets and contact that the gang possessed were taken down or confiscated, leaving the gangs name in the dust, and most of the members, excluding the ones that got away, were hanged for their crimes. Young-Adulthood/Present | ¤ Kim escaped nearly with his life after his friend told him of his betrayal, giving Kim a good time to escape while he still could. ¤ Kim made his way to the Capital of Regalia, taking up odd jobs along the way. ¤ Kim would meet an underground thieves guild, establishing connections within the City. ¤ Kim currently runs with this thieves guild under the name Kim Seong and continues to be the criminal he is to make a buck.

Life Story If Kim's father was from the west, why is he a full Sihai under "Race" in "Basic Information?" Was his father a Sihai too, then?
