I won't go into details or give names, but last night one of the mods truly went above and beyond to not only help me, but ensure that my experience was as good as he could possibly make it. He went out of his way to not just perform his duties, but to truly make me feel home, and appreciated. It was a small notion and kind words, that he completely did not have to do, but still did. It was then that I also realized that this type of interaction has occurred every single time I've ever needed help, assistance, questions or anything from any staff/mods.

With all the commotion in regards to the new EULA, I've seen many people complain about losing perks, and other materialistic benefits. Ladies and Gentlemen, these guys/girls are the reason we donate to Premium.

It can get overlooked and forgotten at times, but the fact of the matter is these guys work damn hard to provide this kick a** server that we all know and love. And most importantly, they genuinely care. Your not just another stat, but a true guest in their home here. And for that, they deserve every penny they get.

I just wanted to take a second to thank these guys, not just for this great world you've built for us, but for the small things you guys do. It's truly unlike any server I've ever played on. I'm a relative new comer to Massive (Only been here just about a month) and so far my experience has been great. I look forward to many more great times here!​

This is why I, and many others, love Massivecraft. There isn't just good rp and factions, but also generous staff who are willing to aid us whenever they can. They waste some of their own time just to aid you, and they make the server go in full swing. Not to mention there are those members who also try and at least aid new members and make the rp the best it can be. Let`s appreciate the staff and the members who make the server what it is and what it should be.
