Height: 5'10 Personality and Abilities How would your character respond to experiencing fear? Julian isn't too fearful of most physical things, so they don't particularly bother him, and he'd charge them head on. However he isn't reckless, and always has his self preservation in mind. How would your character respond to experiencing stress? Julian is usually pretty easy going, but that doesn't mean he doesn't experience stress. If he's alone he'll usually cry, if he's in public he'll try to suck it up to the best of his ability. It should be noted that stress for Julian is more emotional and mental than physical, and is often retrospective relating to his actions, or the stress is found in anxiety relating to the future. How would your character express feeling happy? Julian would express his happiness with a louder and more humorous demeanor. He'd also likely have a few more drinks than usual. How does your character view law and authorities? Having been a guard himself, he recognizes their importance, though looks at them differently now understanding that they're mostly just following orders. The annoyances they have caused him in the past he can blame on the people commanding. How does your character feel about other races other than his own? He approaches the races with caution, being mindful that peoples get their reputations for a reason. He used to dislike Stout Furlings, however after friendship with Synne Lykke he has changed his mind, still calling them cats for his amusement occasionally. How does your character feel about religion for himself, and for other faiths? Throughout his life he has been a casual Unionist, so he believes in the Spirit and doesn't care about other's personal faiths. How does your character feel about the arcane and magical in the world? Julian still enjoys magicians tricks, and welcomes them above the surface, as they are mostly nice in his eyes. He is however very cautious of magic that happens in the sewers, due to them giving him nightmares. How does your character feel toward their family? He hates his father with a passion for leaving his mother, and has great respect for his mother for working as hard as she could to support him. What is your character's biggest insecurity? That he is actually like his father, or actually still has the pirate spirit. What is your character the most proud of about themselves? He is proud of the fact he What motivates your character to move forward and better their life? He wants to find inner peace after all he's done and what he's been through, and find a close group where he can feel he belongs. What is your character's greatest fear? Dying before he can set all of his wrongs right and ending up like his father. Life Story (Birth) Julian Keymorne was born to two Ceardian parents, John and Martha Keymorne, in southern Torse. Julian likely has twelve half-siblings somewhere in the world. (Early Childhood) Things were rough in his early years, his father a huntsman and his mother doing whatever she could to help the family scrape by. His father, however, would often return from hunting trips drunk and angry, beating both Julian and Martha, explaining the scar on Julian's right bicep. One day Martha had had enough of John, reporting him to the local authorities, and he fled in the middle of the night. (Golden Decade) The next ten years of his life are some of the most pleasant he's experienced. His mother took what little money she had, and became a rather successful seamstress in their town, food was plentiful. Julian also had nice clothes, which helped him socialize with other boys. They often played with sticks and old scraps of wood, pretending to be knights and such. He had a few girlfriends, nothing major though. (Murder and Theft) Ages seventeen to twenty were far more turbulent than many years. This period of time began with his mother's shop being burnt to the ground by bandits. He took to a few years of thieving, he and his friends pooling together the resources they could for a raid on those bandits' camp outside of town. Julian and his mother lived comfortably off the raid's spoils for a while, this ending when Martha got another abusive husband. It was Julian's twentieth birthday when Julian killed him. He then proceeded to ride out of town to the nearest port to be sure he'd escape the law, and then in his desperation, joined a crew of pirates. (Piracy, and Regalia) Then for eight and a half years, Julian was a pirate, under the command of captain Roland Hill. A notable crewmate which he tells stories about often would be 'Ol Red Dick'. They would do a lot of raiding of merchant ships, and Julian was fine with that. Until they were awful close to Regalian waters and ended up raiding a civilian ship. Julian refused to kill the innocents, and for that, he was kicked off of the boat and had a fifty regal bounty on his head, courtesy of captain Hill. He rowed to the Crown Isle, beginning a new life, making friends with Synne Lykke, Valkari Lothgard, and Stanley Conagra. (Oh God, a lot of things happened) He got involved with the Good Company and the People's Militia for a while, though he later joined the Wardens, but shortly retired from service with them, and joined the Gray Company. He had a month where he roamed around depressed in the sewers, and also met the Nameless One. He recently got his own apartment in the city, so things are taking a good turn once again.

Working on making this thing prettier and updating and rewriting his personality according to the changes that have happened, also updating the life story.
Done, along with adding a small relationships section and changing his clothing and height a small bit, along with removing the nickname he had, most people only call him Julian. @Katiesc

It's the best way for Lore Staff to keep track of their applications, or at least for my own preference it is. Secondly. Please highlight or put into colored font what has changed because I'm not sure of what has changed, yaknow. @uwugalli
Improved wording all around, though the only thing that actually changed was his eye color from brown to green @Caelamus
