Introduction


The Jin-Tao is a gang originating in the Yang-Tzu Isles. Founded in Lao Lan Hai, a sizeable jade-mining village, they have set their base of operations in Regalia. Their activities range from typical gang activity, like muggings and whatnot, to higher-profile things like spywork. Members are expected to have at least a rudimentary understanding of either alchemy, magic, or combat.

Ranks

Hanshi - The Hanshi leads the gang with an iron fist and is ultimately in charge of all activities. The Hanshi passes down orders through the Jianshi, and makes decisions for the gang's happenings and actions.

Jianshi - The Jianshi are considered the inner circle of the gang. They are highly trusted by the Hanshi and often work together to make important decisions for the gang. The Jianshi might take temporary leadership if the Hanshi is rendered incapable of performing their duties.

Jingshen - The Jingshen are the average members of the Jin-Tao. They are in charge of the majority of physical work, having little to no part in planning. However, they are still very valuable to the gang and may be tasked with very important things.
