If you open the .png file on a skinservice site like NovaSkin there is a gif button. You can create the moving models there. I only figured it out myself today when I made the skins xD

I hope to get more works out very soon. I will most likely need to get a new laptop/desktop before I start getting my original pieces of artwork up but skins, music and the like could find there way here very soon
