A command to add a description/lore to items and blocks, just to give it a little bit more of a roleplay aspect.

As cool as unique items are thats the majesty of them, they cant be mass produced.
Things like the harvest festival armor set for example there would be countless knockoffs of special items and vote items.
If there was a way perhaps to have it so you could add a description thats a different color, say blue or white? That would be pretty cool

I'm a Hoax now.
Lore gives items a uniqueness. If anyone could make them you get rid of the special nature of such items which makes the entire point of it all completely irrelevant.
If you want to craft special items than just rename them.
