    Basic Information Expansion

    • Ingjald has lived in Regalia for a few months now after having sailed to many places. He often travels to different coasts with a band of dwarven sailers, where they mine and strip the coasts for their resources, like lumber and metals. He has come to Regalia to make better use of his sailing abilities and tactics in the military.

    • Having been born to two loving parents, Ingjald often tries to treat others kindly. He fights for what he sees as “right,” even if his view is a bit crooked.

    • Ingjald wishes most of all to amass enough wealth to start a family. He has, in the past, done this through questionably legal ways (I.E. the illegal stripping of resources), but now through the Regalian navy.
    Visual Information

The following is required when filling out your character application. Please use a Bullet Point list. Try to keep the information here as simple and confined as possible, it's supposed to be a short list.

    • Eye Color: Blue

    • Hair Color: Reddish-brown

    • Hair Style: Bald with a large beard with beads in it.

    • Skin Color: Slightly tanned from his time at sea, but mostly pale, due to his heritage.

    • Clothing: Blue frock coat with brass buttons and epaulettes, tan pants, boots.

    • Height: 4’10”
    Visual Information Expansion

    • The face of Ingjald is fairly typical of a dwarf, with a somewhat large nose, and small eyes. His eyebrows are bushy, and a beard grown out for tradition. Where he differs slightly is his skin. He has a few moles developed from his time in the sun. They are all benign. His skin has large pores, and is quite rough from the exposure to the salty sea water.

    • Ingjald has a standard dwarven body shape and mass, with body hair, short legs, large bones, and strong muscles. His musculature is a little more on the toned side than truly muscular, but his dwarven blood shines through, making him gain muscle mass easily.

    • Wearing a blue frock coat, Ingjald has saved up space on his coat for any medals to be positioned, should he ever be awarded any. His undershirt is an off-white creamy color, and he wears a sash across his waist. His pants do not fit too well, being made for someone a bit larger than himself.

    • With a somewhat fast, yet very easy to understand voice, developed by the need to be clear and concise on the open seas, Ingjald’s voice is that of a leader. He projects well, often even when he doesn’t need to. He knows a few curse words in D’Ithanie and Dressalo, but cannot converse in any way. He does, indeed, swear like a sailor.

    Life Story

    Early Life:

Born in the cold of the winter on the island of Cain, Ingjald Thorkitilsson was born in a family of shipbuilders. He tried early in life to pick up the family trade, but had difficulty with the use of tools as he had a tremor that affected his hands. However, as he grew older, his father taught him the art of sailing. He loved the open seas, finding that his tremor did not affect his ability to sail, due to less precision being required than when working with tools.

    Mid Life:

He went on to study the art of sailing further into his adulthood. He eventually left his home in Cain with a few friends to sail the world in search of fortunes on the coasts. Together, Ingrid and his friends made illegal mining operations on the coasts of Ithania, the Northern Skags, Essalonia, and other such places. Whilst doing so, Ingrid micro managed the finances of the operations, selling lumber to some shadier ports, alongside the metals and other such materials gathered on the coasts. However, Ingrid always felt like he was lacking something in his life. He was afraid he’d need to settle down in life.

    Later Life:

Ingjald moved to Regalia not too long ago, giving the ship off to his friends, and began planning how he would settle down. He decided he’d use his sailing skills to join the Navy and that he’d use the money he has made to start a family. He has yet to do any of these ambitions, but is planning on doing so as soon as he can. He has left behind his life of dishonesty to become an honest man, and keeps his history under wraps.
