By the Imperial Throne of her majesty, MsBaver 09 - 03 - 308 Article I - Imperial Council Article II - Rebelling City-States Article III - Imperial Army Article I - Imperial Council, 1. The creation of an Imperial Council has been declared by her majesty, MsBaver. This council will consist of leaders of City-States (Factions) and will remove much of the burden required to rule from the Imperial Queen. 2. This Council shall decide the fate of the following a) Land disputes b) Imperial Army efforts c) Trade efforts Article II - Rebelling City-States, The Imperial Queen has declared that any City-State that poorly chooses to rebel against the Imperial Throne shall be dealt with extreme hostility and shall have to endure the wrath of the Imperial military. For those who stand with the Imperial Throne, they shall not support or aid these rebels in any way. Article III - Imperial Army, 1. The Imperial Queen has declared the creation of an Imperial Army in order to secure the Imperial Throne and it's subjects land and resources. 2. The Imperial Queen shall be electing high military officers in which would lead this Imperial Army to battle if needed. 3.
