I. PREAMBLE.
This is the second decree from the Imperial Conservationist. She continues to oversee the health of the natural inhabitants of the Empire.
Last decree is attached here.
II. CONTINUATION OF THYLANS & OGRES.
The desk of the Imperial Conservationist has inquired the bureaucracy on suitable locations to establish new swathes of reserves. The following candidates were House Viduggla and Nordhjem.
On account of concerning developments over pro-Velheim sentiments, and shown records of funds forwarded to the same realm that is the source of the peoples' suffering, the Imperial Conservationist has decided against relocating the peoples to the Archipelago to prematurely prevent logistical strain and a repeat of Tryllejag. An alternative solution is promised to be deployed. The desk further comments that House Viduggla must reassign their priorities, and their loyalties, before enriching a foreign state with their funds.
II. GULDAR.
Because of the inherent dangers contained in the landmass, avid explorers and thrill seekers must request a permit before they can embark, and provide substantial proof that they can withstand the deadly miasma. Contact and embarking without express permission is PROHIBITED.
