Im Abit Stuck

I'm near the spawn in regalia and Im glitched out in a fence block and cant do anything to get out, ive reinstalled minecraft, deleted .minecraft and re-launched and tried moving alot. However none of this is working so I need help!

He hasn't been on in two days, so I assume he got it fixed or he would have been asking for more help.
