Depends on the character.
For most I'd say meat. With the exception of the Yanar, who is a Vegan anyway.

Raw salmon. Not prepared in any way, fresh preferably, somewhat cold. My char is a Talar-Ailor hybrid, currently taken by vampirism.

Salad. Lierin does like vegetable and she's pretty sure this'll keep her healthy.
She needed a diet anyways.

My character could probably just live off of fish, since she mostly does anyways.
