I think we should all reserve judgement of the structure until after its completion - it may look like a syfy build right now but end up being a well designed elven fortress. That said, I can't wait to see what it becomes

Thank you for stating what needed to be said. I didnt make this post to bash that design and we shouldn't be so quick to attack is design.

While there is indeed a rule against futuristic builds this one should be fine. It indeed looks a bit futuristic but its well done and doesnt look out of place so there is no problem. Furthermore these things only work on report basis and unless there is a really good reason we will not interfere with players creativity.

Actually, looking at it again, if they added walls, it would appear to be a weird-shaped fortress - which would likely suit Elven culture.

It is the capital city Syla. Made by an elf that was raised by a dwarf. Here are some pics from the build site. it is intended to be a skyship port as well as a town, with houses on each of the grassy petals that go around it. @Ha5h
