Today I decided to write this for everyone to read, for everyone to give their opinion, and for everyone to disagree or agree with me.

I have been a massivecraft player for about 7 years, I started playing with my friends, one of them gave me the idea to start playing , this was my first server and where I played minecraft for the first time
In all my way I have had good times and bad, friends and acquaintances, happiness and sadness, it is as if I felt the server, as if every moment I went through here, it was as if none of this was time wasted.

But on the days we have been, the server again seems to me to be crumbling, it looks like something is wrong, but with everyone's help we will get massivecraft up again, so I will give some ideas and suggestions and some opinions of what I think will be going wrong

Opinion:

The server has been going through radical changes, something that has never been undone has been seen, but is this the best way?

A:
I don't think so, starting with Staff, some GAME staffs have been totally lazy and have spent a lot of time in Regalia doing Roleplay or AFK (something normal and I don't condemn because I already did), and with that they have left tickets overdue, players who sometimes need help with questions or something important get no apparent answer
I think new ways should be opened for staff recruiting and letting new players try or give them a chance, as most of them certainly have something to say or something they can help with.

I think the question of dynmap is no longer a question but a problem

A:
Since ''the old server'' , we gamers, builders, survivalists were used to having our dynmap hidden and of course we felt safer, we could build whatever we wanted without dying for someone who is bored and clearly will have to come and kill because there will be nothing better to do .

With this, I propose that / dynmap hide and / dynmap show come back, but with one condition, that will be, new players will have / dynmap hide automatically for a period of 1 day to 3 days, so they can enjoy and learn something more.

Is PvP dying due to players leaving?

A:
The answer is NO!
The PvP is not dying, simply the market is over-inflated and these changes have given rise to much disagreement and disagreement, which has pushed many away from what they liked to do and devoted themselves to something else or left.

For now that's all, I accept all suggestions and opinions, but in moderation and please try to be constructive in your replies to this post, and it is always worth remembering that this post is just my opinion.

Make it so players don't show on dynmap during rain/thunder, lets people have safe periods where they know the won't be visible so they can do whatever, but still keeps the beenfits of the dynmap show, making the server feel more alive and encouraging interplay between players so it isn't just a bunch of people playing singleplayer in the same world.

I disagree with the idea that staff members roleplaying is having a negative effect on anything. They are players too, if that's how they want to spend their leisurely time on Massive then there's no issue. Don't forget that not all staff members are capable of answering all tickets. Seeing a staff member roleplaying in Regalia doesn't necessarily mean they're being lazy or ignoring a ticket. It might just not be one for them.

I agree that new players joining the server should have dynmap hide for a few days. I intended for this to be the case when it was initially implemented. I disagree with the desire to reimplement dynmap hide for everyone though.

I don't really understand what you're trying to say in part three.

Generally speaking, this is totally correct. But you know full well how much wasn't being done. Resulting in the sledgehammer post for example

I'm still a proponent of that +100 Invisibility Trait. Solves all the issues of issue #2 with the only downside being the techwork. One day...

Invisibility should be like 250/300, but might be a solution too. (Invisiblity is a bit much for unholy and unarmedvul, and as we've seen on the TruceAll trait they're working on, they likely plan to implement more expensive powerful traits either way)

just result in a feedalways situation. Everyone would use it. dynmap would be useless
For me feedalways got worse when saturation determined health regen speed. But I see where the issue is. Would making the trait more expensive work? 150 for a single trait would steer many away I feel, making the only users of said trait the ones who really can't play without it.
Pacifist builders don't want to pvp, and apart from the peaceful faction flag I can't see any other solution that is simple.
