Back story
was a brother to lusas Naul. but unlike Lusas he was not born a justice and Icarus' want for justice went far beyond arresting and a proper sentence. he felt that most crimes must be dealt with by death. and for this he was punished by his brother and other people who believe he was wrong for not holding a fair trial for individuals. he had come to regalia in search for his brother to drag him back home in order to face his family as the failure he is. and once he had accomplished said goal he stayed in regalia
