Short Story:
His mother fled when her identity as a Slizzar came to light. The father was killed defending the honor of his wife. Hual was raized by his father as a Hunter Archon and during his entire childhood, Hual didnt make friends (as a child of Slizzar). Hual learned how to fight during this period.
When he came in age, he set sails into other continents and met his mentor Caeluan Scortch who taught him the results of many years of research about rune magics. Hual has followed the research of his mentor and quickly found a way to combine his magma/fire bending and the rulesmithing magic (by scratching lava runes into rocks to imbue effects and gain more control over them).
Hual set sail once again to find more researches about writing power in magic. He also want to popularize his art and make the rune magic a part of the magic world in Regalia.
Long story:
Hual has few memories of his father, and his mother was a Slazzar who fled when her identity was discovered.
Hual has theories about his father, who may have fled with his mother, but this doesn't explain why he was left alone. His brother is much older than him and raised him to adulthood, raising him in the precepts of Caius. Hual never approved of these teachings and often resorted to meditation to overcome his strict and violent upbringing.
As an adult, Hual wanted to explore the world to discover its secrets and emilinate the evil magic he would meet. However, on his first voyage, he had to face a violent storm that grounded his ship on another Maquixtl coast. He met another Archon named Caeluan, who taught him his precepts, closer to Regulus, and instilled him the curiosity about the power of words.
He learned from him Alatar, the basics of draconic language and runesmithing. For many years, Hual learned by his side, but one day, when he became better than his mentor at conduct magic through runes, he once again felt the need to leave for lands more conducive to learn draconic magics. By traveling and studying with various, he learned far more tham he had before. He never learned that Caeluan was not a representative of Regulus but of Nox. Today, Hual has set sails to the capital where he hopes to meet other writings that could help him or other archon to keep him company. He want to popularize the rune-magic as a new type of channeling magic and hope touch the heart of the fellow citizen of Regalia.

Raised by a Maquixtl named Caeluan Scortch with a colorful personality, he was raized following diverse principles sometimes in oppositions. He knows that he owns his archon heritage to Caius but he feels closer to Regulus and applies precepts closer to him. Sometimes disconcerted by overtly anti-occult precepts, he follows less strict rules but remains adamantly opposed to Ordial/Existent/Void magics in essence. One of the hidden aims behind the creation and popularization of his runic magic is to increase the number of draconic adepts and decrease the number of adepts of other forms of magic.
Since child, Hual finds sometimes enlightment when staring long enough at his reflection in a mirror. His studies would never have been as fruitful without his meditation sessions, which enable him to see the world more calmly, with fresh eyes.
Plot Hooks:

Make researches about the power of words in magic incantation and writings.
He want runesmithing to become a popular magic and have recognition for it.
To popularize draconism via rune magic (based on draconic magic).
Secondary plot hooks:
He does not like Ordial/Existent/Void magic wielders and thinks casting these magics makes the caster mad. He want to find his mother (alive) and father (presumably dead).
He is praying Caius (for his heritage) and Regulus (for his calm and presence) but has a mindset closer to Nox than he thinks
Questions:
1. Are Hunters always against magics other than Draconic?
2. Could a Red Hunter like character (Marquixtl + Archon) approve ideas closer to other gods (Regulus for example)?
3. Is there other dragon deities available for hunters? Nox should for example give a kind of water bending if so?
4. Is a magic based on runes imaginable in the world? Should it be closer to which pack?
I tried to inspire myself of tech and magic
-> tech is more used for lava projectile or tangible barriers of lava (archon with lava bending) and radiant magic for other draconic magic.
5. If my character studies a draconic-rune magic, could I send some sort of potions as pebbles imbued with runes? What would be the cost of that?
6. I'm new and I dont know what to do to imply myself in the world. Is there quests or other things to do (as in a dnd adventure)?
7. How to obtain money/equipment? with quest?
8. How the level-up works? I feel dumb for this one but I searched for a while.
9.a. How should I roleplay a genetic modification as an Marquixtl? Is there a mod or tutorial about that?
9.b. How should I show that I have Salamander/Draconic features on me (wings and tail)? On the skin or describe myself at each new encounter?
10. Do archon becomes adult at the same age as their original specie (because they live 3x longer if I remember well)?
11. To which age Alatar becomes adult? (for my Marquixtl char)
12. If I want to contact someone, to entering a guild or something, should I contact him via Discord?
13. Is there some intern rules to about approaching new people? I mean appart from obvious reasons like hindering the roleplay.
14. English is my third language and I want to improve my english with roleplay (It is meta with my language-studying character ^^). Should I find a roleplay reason for my weird prononciations?
