i advice leaving any chats you don't want see (someone tell him the command for that since i forgot wich command it was)

asking questions is better done in the help chat (h:) since general chat can be quite hectic and clutterd. i strongly advice you to use the shortcut commands (h: for help, l: for local g: for general, etc...) for the chats every time you say something so you are 100% sure it ends up in teh correct chat.

IF you are wandering around regalia and want to ask someone something, chances are high you're talking to a roleplayer, often they have chats like general, trade and help disabled when they're rp'ing so their chat is less clutterd. When you talk to them you best do this l: -insert sentence here-)) those 2 brackets are extremly importand. Using those in local chat will ensure you end up in teh Out Of Character (or OOC) chat. if you just talk in local you migh be dismissed as a simple noob by some (not all) people, so doing this will increase teh chances of someone stopping to help you. and they will also be less anoyed by it ;)

and ofcourse, asking on the forums like you just did also never hurts :)
