History
House d'Ivry is a family born of the merging of House D'Nath and House Ta'ren. The family was created after EllaRose D'Nath and Maxwell Ta'ren's wedding on December 17th 304 A.C. The two families have now combined under the surname "d'Ivry."
Around the year 245 A.C. Alton P. D'Nath arrived in Regalia from his very long odyssey from Ithania. Alton was a young man around that time, he had just turned twenty-two years of age. Once arriving in Regalia he met a young woman by the name of Marijane Charman. At first the two absolutely despised each other, however over time they slowly fell in love with one other. It wasn't until five years after they had met that Alton finally asked Marijane to marry him. Two months later they were married and expecting a child. On April 28th, 250 A.C, a baby boy later named Adrien was born. A few years later Marijane gave birth to a little girl whom they named Searra.

When Adrien finally moved out of his family's house in 270 A.C. he took an interest in blacksmithing. With the little connections that Adrien and his family had it was very hard to find a job. However he soon acquired work from a nearby blacksmith named Jordan Young. Jordan took Adrien under his wing and taught him the art of blacksmithing. When Jordan died ten years later from oxeye disease Adrien took over his establishment.

Many years after Adrien had taken over the blacksmith business once owned by Jordan he and his family soon grew rather wealthy. They moved from their house in the common district to a bigger house in the Ithanian district. Through the years they opened up new stores throughout Regalia and even expanded into Ithania. With the wealth and recognition that they acquired the family soon became apart of the lower nobility in Regalia. The family now lives on today, growing and expanding through their business.
The Ta'ren name was extremely popular in Ithiania due to their discovery of a snail that produces a purple ooze that can stain clothes. They began the search for another Snail, quick to breed it and raise a farm. After they started breeding the worms, they began selling their ooze, and dying people's clothes! This cheap source of purple dye was ground breaking. One member of the Family, Maxwell Ta'ren decided that it would be best for them to move to Regalia, a place that uses purple dye more than Ithiania in a whole. Half of the family disagreed, Maxwell outraged by the family's decision to stay at Ithiania, takes the half that wants to leave. After a year at Regalia, they've made more than they did in Ithiania. In fact, they TRIPLED their profits. Maxwell sails back to Ithiania telling the family of how much of a success he is. The family likes the idea, sailing to regalia, and from this point forward Maxwell was appointed as the Headmaster of the Family because of his idea.

I should have been more descriptive, (if you meant by all together what do I know on noble roleplay) I have a character in the Le Seur family (Juliette Le Seur), Noelle was a guard trainee for House Grave, and she knows House Kade well (She's Jared Kade's right hand)

Any Experience With Noble Roleplay?: My Lexen character is in almost constant Noble RP in the form of a guard (He is the sole guard of Astrid Lo.) I have also have a Solidor character.
Who Are You Applying For?: Kathryn d'Ivry
Physical Description: She would have a dark ginger hair color, oddly contrast to her ocean blue eyes. She'd have a rather tanned complexion, with a large amount of freckles, originating from her nose, then spreading outward as far as her mouth, and eyes. Kathryn would stand at around 5'3", being one of the shorter varient of women, which would be prominent in the house for girls, compared to men.
Any RP References?: Well, @Biggums9001 , and @AlphaInsomnia. I'd tag more, but those are the only people I'm sure would be okay with me using then as a reference. I'll add more if needed, once I get access to my computer tomorrow.
Do You Like Potatoes?: No one can go wrong with some mashed potatoes. I love sweet potato mashed with small amounts of Cinnamon, but only when it is warm.
