Upon the break of the Void Cycle creating the cataclysm, the family as it stood was drawn into the Allorn army to fight against the incoming voidal forces. In time, the pair had become quite the valuable pair of leaders. Yet, the duration and proximity to the Rift caused many changes to the Altalar of the family, becoming the first of the known Sihndar upon the face of Regalia. To this day, the Daevaar family continue to pledge themselves to pushing back the Void, with newer generations either growing into the line of brawn and physical prowess, or to be the next wave of spies and informants. The family has since branched out into Regalia in the recent century, spreading their anti-extra-planar mission. Primarily heralding from the Esa-Ajo Discipline of the Wolf, each member, Sihndar or otherwise, has their own weapon that is considered an extension of themselves. Those who are born Sihndar and wish to bargain their souls with a higher power for new boons are pushed towards a deal with Nox. Any other choice of being is considered a foul and shameful desiccation of the soul. The Slizzar branch of the family came from Sassrakkand, spreading out to the Allorn Empire as passive spies and informants for both Sassrakkand and Sendras, learning of the developments in magic as they occured but to not yet tamper with what they saw. A few centuries after the Cataclysm had ended, they returned to Hadar, having lost their previous home in the Sendrassian Civil War. They had integrated themselves quite comfortably within the Allar populace for many years, with the migration to the Allorn Empire and Drowda coming as a relatively recent development once the use of Voidal magics drove them to Hadar with the rest of the Allar. » None for Now Green = Playable. The two grew up very close and see each other as complimentary. Both sharp witted, one leads the team, the other ensures every plan is as informed as it can be. Vaelkead Daevaar @KasterBestFallen - { Son || Biological } The first Sihndar and firstborn son. Vaelkead is quiet, preferring to watch before acting. He keeps his younger siblings in line while looking up to his older sisters and learning from their experience. Vaelkead has gone on to take a pact with Nox, becoming a Slizzar. Rhonzae Daevaar @CelestialBoba - { Offspring|| Biological } The Slizzar twin to Futhruss. Rhonzae prefers to keep his nose in a book, helping to detail down intricate logs of life in Drowda and research into the creation of tears in the veil. Sihn-Baeldeth Daevaar @ZCA919 - { Son || Biological } The youngest and yet no fool. He took the time after graduating from the school of Esa-Ajo to travel the world and learn more about their different methods to combat the Void but also helping out with their local plights. Obaecrow Daevaar - { Daughter || Biological } Still deep in cover within a Kathar pact, Eric hasn’t heard from her in years. He worries for her safety but knows that she is highly capable and more than able to remain safe. *Ellahie Daevaar @SilentAnnie - { Daughter || Biological } Daughter of Veridan, a born fighter and somewhat serious and militant Sihndar. She currently resides in Drowda where she continues the fight against the various mutated monsters inhabiting the continent. *Ruvyn Daevaar @AnimalisticArts - { Husband to Ellahie } Ruvyn came to Regalia from Drowda, where he met Ellahie and married into the family, celebrated with a small wedding in the city. Annaelyn Daevaar @SilentAnnie - { Daughter to Ellahie and Ruvyn } Daughter to Ellahie, she is a bard and warrior by trade. She is a rather upbeat Sihndar and tends to focus on the positives of life more than the negatives. Like most Sihndar she spent most of her life on Drowda, though has come to Regalia in recent years to escape the constant horrors back home. She seeks to entertain, though isn’t above fighting if necessary. Alliss Daevaar - { Daughter || Adopted } Eric's adopted Yanar daughter is his being of innocence. He could not adore her more than he does and is protective of her to a fitting state. Although she's quiet, he enjoys her company though wished she approved of his decisions and often feels as though he's let her down whenever he doesn't. *Barbossa Maz-Yaotl @dimetros - { Daughter || Adopted } Slizzar have an odd relationship with Allar and this has not changed one bit. The two met with Barbossa believing Eric to be another Allar, however he gave himself away. To his surprise, they managed to see eye to eye with Eric having earnt Barbossa's trust and in turn vows to defend her. Kalzai Branch *Ss’erkazzi Lludissio @TheLimpet - { Eric’s Father } An unknowing Father to two Slizzar, they were separated from their love in Hadar, they leant into a flamboyant lifestyle, meeting back up with Eric in Regalia, to both their ignorance, where the two often wound eachother up. Taralilith @IGutTheMidasTuch - { Eric’s Mother || Disowned } To Eric, a Void Worshipping creature not to be trusted. Still, despite all this, he plays nice to keep on her good side in hopes of being included in all her little plans... so he can ruin them. Xyrsi Kalzai @GafferWolf - { Eric’s twin } This Allar was a troublemaker through and through, meeting a short and untimely end to the hands of the guards once he received one sentence too many. IC Guidelines » Characters are expected to be loyal Ruin worshippers but in a way that sticks to the family morals. Keep order, not chaos, and fight against the rise of harmful magics. » Void/Exist/Ordial Afflictions are not allowed. » The only soul bargain Sihndar are allowed, if any, is with Nox. » Magic is heavily discouraged but not entirely banned under the premise of "Only Slizzar and Sihndar are responsible enough to use it" and in a "Fight fire with fire" mentality. Magic users are held to a high standard and any signs of misuse will provoke a harsh reaction. » Family members are not allowed to rat out any Slizzar members.
