House Black Domestic Staff Roster

Introduction​

The domestic staff of the House Black contribute to the daily needs of running a functional noble household. All staff are provided with accommodation at Wolfsbüdel Palatz, the Black family's estate in the Regalian wilderness, on the coast. Various positions exist within the staff ranks, from household food serving, to tutoring, to guarding. From time to time, staff may also find themselves accompanying members of the family to prestigious events and meeting interesting and varied characters from among the nobility.

Rule of Conduct:

• 30 day trial for all positions: Roleplaying and participating in events with the family is a good way to maintain a good standing.
• Aa a member of the House Black, you represent the family OOCly, even as a servant. Avoid toxicity and try to maintain a degree of professionalism and respect whilst dealing with other players.
• The House Black reserves the right to hire/fire staff as they see fit.
• Must have the ability to make use of common sense without reminder.

All of the positions below are subject to change. Any applicant must provide a completed application form as shown below the position descriptions.

Chefs: Responsible for cooking the family's meals when the family and their guests are in the house. Chefs also assist in feeding the rest of the staff, but have free range over the kitchens in regards to preparing their own meals as well.

Maids and butlers: Responsible for keeping the estate clean, and escorting guests to rooms and giving directions around the estate for events. They are responsible for serving food and drink. They may also follow the family around the city if they are requested to.

Lady-in-Waiting: Female personal assistant to the Ladies of the House. A constant companion to Duchess Dianne and Countess Elizabeth. Of a lower noble house.

Tutors: A teacher to the the children and young adults of the house. Must teach culture and etiquette.

Household Guards: House guards are to walk with and defend the family at all times. They will be required to get a weapon permit and must apply through the proper channels.

It seemed to actually be the applicant's handwriting, in somewhat bulky and shaky handwriting, but clearly legible. It was also written very lightly, on top of everything else. The envelope it arrived in was sealed by a bit of wax and a little gear cog.

Yes, lady in waiting must be from an established family. as long as they are from a title family.
