Hazrec is a Fin'ullen who hails from the oceans of Ilha Faiaal, but has lived a majority of his life in Regalian borders, and became closely affiliated with Ailor politics and climate as a result. He is a well-studied Admiral with reputable naval experience under his belt, now seeking to prove himself by service in the Regalian Board of Admirals and forge himself a career paved in the means of naval combat.

While at land, Hazrec prides himself in his metalwork as a talented blacksmith, creating precious and valuable items both for the martial and the lavish. He is a free-spirited, progressive individual with a love of the ocean and all creatures who live in it, and seeks to lead a luxurious, wealthy and hedonistic lifestyle free of social restrictions and judgment.​

Appearance Information

Hazrec is a dark haired and light-skinned Fin'ullen Elf with ocean blue eyes and a carefully maintained beard. He wears his wavy hair long and in a half-ponytail, decorated with silver beads and a single long braid. Years of naval combat and a strict workout regime have given Hazrec a broad and muscular body shape with prominent bulk and definition, and moderate amounts of body hair, while he stands at an imposing height of 6' 8".​

Hazrec commonly garbs himself in the fashion of Loëlevaal, but may prefer to sport a Matoor in more casual and luxurious settings. Silver jewelry and waist sashes are common, and the Fin'ullen wears a variety of piercings on his ears, complete with a septum ring. A majority of Hazrec's body is covered in blue-ink tattoos depicting naval and oceanic themes.​

Life Story

• Hazrec originates from Talant Ilha Faiaal in the Allorn Empire, but has lived in the Regalian Empire since a young age and portrays himself as a loyal supporter of House Kade. He was schooled in the arts of naval warfare in the Naval Academy of Talant Ilha Faiaal, and was an honorary intern for the Regalian Naval Academy in Dragenthal, where he served as a Cadet for several Regalian Admirals.
• Hazrec's time within Regalian borders led him to come at odds with his family in Talant Ilha Faiaal, who were staunch revivalists of the old Elven Empire of Allorn. Hazrec's progressive world views sharply contradicted that of his more conservative siblings, which led him to throw his lot in with the Regalian Empire, and he sought a new career for himself in the Regalian Board of Admirals upon graduation.
• Hazrec is a martial man with a war-like mind, who believes in solving disputes of land through means of military enforcement, and abides by a code of 'the strong eats the weak'. He has a great fondness for the ocean and its vast mystery, as well as all creatures who live in it. Hygiene and fitness are very important concepts for the Fin'ullen, both as lifelong hobbies and a form of lifestyle. He is a hedonistic and pleasure-seeking personality, who may easily fall victim to the urges of his own vices, and is open to sampling every flavor of the realm.
• Hazrec's interests do not lie solely in combat and navy. The primary examples of his peace-time occupations involve blacksmithing and seafood culinary arts. Hazrec is a trained smith who tutored under famed Dwarven metalworkers and combined their metal-forging methods with Elven finery to create items both durable and beautiful. Blacksmithing serves as his primary source of income when he's not commissioned for war. Furthermore, he is a talented chef who specializes in preparing seafood dishes, fond of hunting for his own game at sea and creating elaborate multi-course meals for friends and accomplices alike.
