Harhold-reinard Peace Accord 08/22/308

On this day of the 22nd of August 308 AC, the Harhold-Reinard War concluded.
As per agreement of both Lord Hengest Harhold of Vlissinghelm and Lord Augustin Reinard of Baarlowe, the terms of the peace are as such:​

1. The previous armistice is now obsolete, to be replaced with this peace agreement.
   
   
2. There will be approximately less than 5 months of non-aggression between both parties, ending on the 1st of January 309 AC.
   
   
3. All captives of the war are to be released immediately as of the publication of this document.
   
   
4. A land exchange deal in which Reinard provinces of Westerhal, Oosteyn, and Maarde will be exchanged for Harhold provinces of Somnes, Cherf, Lageland, and Westbroek. Along with a compensation of 80,000 regals by Reinard towards Harhold for the four provinces.

• The payment procedures are as such:

1. Oosteyn and Westerhal with a 40,000 regal payment to Harhold in exchange for Somnes and Cherf to be effective immediately
   
   
2. Maarde with 40,000 regal payment to Harhold in exchange for Lageland and Westbroek to be effected before 1st of January 309 AC
   
   
3. Failure to comply with the exchanges will result in the offended party gaining the right to go to war with the offender. This can be if Reinard does not pay and does not give their provinces in exchange before the end of the non-aggression period. For Harhold, this would be refusal to give the provinces after payment is given.
