Hey! I'm selling Hangroad16 as my character has moved out of the district, and I'd like for the house to go to someone who'll get good use out of it. Hangroad16 features 3 floors + basement, as well as two balconies. If you want to go take a look, it's the first house to your right once you do /tp Hangroad Square, to your left when you cross the smaller bridge past the swing.
