An exceedingly eccentric and exceedingly Hamsome person who was getting exceedingly tired of everything, Ham left the Volarys Empire (1) in a solo Elytra voyage. Crossing through the star filled skies in a scouting mission, Ham has landed when he has found a habitable mushroom island -- which he at first thought was a forest (2) -- and immediately declared himself the Emperor for life. Ham used the ruins and resources he had discovered from the surrounding region (3), and eventually, through practical adaptation and advancement in biology, he had made himself to his own vision of physical perfection.
Boredom set in a few weeks, until Ham has the most brilliant idea unrivaled by any, filling the area -- and why not the whole region? With the most Hamsome, brightest and beautiful sentient creature to ever exist: Ham. After a few decades, Ham's expirementation program of himself allowed him to create something between madness and perfection... an Empire of equally Hamsome clones ready to follow their Emperor and give the world a proper make-over. The rest, as people say, is history.
(1) LittleHamster1 was originally from Constantinopolis, under the Volarys Empires claim
(2) Ham genuienly thought that the region he was flying to was a forest and not a mushroom biome from the Dynmap. A true MUSHROOM moment.
(3) Ham searched through ruins in the nearby ruins, which mostly led to rotten flesh loot but also some enchantments.
