Archived Guard Items That Do Stuff

A random idea:
guard manacles that pin the player in place and allow the guard to drag them.
Possibly some forms of lead? Also, a guard baton with lines like:
'You are struck and dazed'- with nausea and slowness?
What do you think?

While I like this idea in that it would create items with gameplay features, most if not all of these detract from emotes in RP. Just like combat RP, everything should be done by emotes.

With that all said, the guard has a few items available to utilize as RP props, so be on the lookout for those.
