First, Before posting this I read MonMarty's post about how they are no longer taking new race suggestions due to their high quantity and low quality. I hope this idea is not of low quality. I started this discussion in general chat and several players suggested I create a forum. Thanks to Diamondsword1325, posidon351, and several others who also helped form the idea.
This idea started when I was thinking about all these races we have and how some things don't seem to match with traditional fictional alliances. For example, Orcs and Elves being in the same faction. I recently watched Lord of the Rings. You would never ever see Elves and Orcs fighting on the same team. Also, currently there seems to be an uneven discrimination of everyone against vampires. It would be nice if this anger could be spread evenly against all races, not just vampires.
My idea to create more races and spread out the anger taken towards vampires is to create good and bad versions of every races. This would not involve anyone coming up with new bonuses for different races. For example, a goblin race could be created that has the exact same bonus as elves do. This does not create a "new race bonus", simply a title. It also makes role playing a little more realistic. While I would never imagine elves and orcs fighting together, it is easy to imagine goblins and orcs fighting together.

Good Races vs. Evil races
Elves (good with bows) Goblins
Humans (average with everything) Minion
Dwarves (good with axes) ????????
??????? (swords bonus) Orcs
There are some races that could go both ways still and don't need a good/evil counter race created. For example Maiar, or Angi. Are they good or evil? For things like this, developers could either do nothing, or allow people to choose to be a Dark Maiar or Dark Angi.
Here are some other possible ideas. I know in Lord of the Rings it seemed like orcs fought in hand to hand combat and goblins were archers. That is why I think goblin is a good counter race for elves. At the same time, some people in general chat said goblins are the same as orcs and that the new counter race should just be Dark Elves.
Also what about a Fallen Angel race. could be similar to vampires with extra jump and an extra strong and fast "holy" mode. And, they can't go outside when it is dark. Not sure what they would eat. Holy water instead of blood?
I really think creating good/evil races would help with defining factions as Good or Evil. This could also affect how factions choose allies. There would be large groups of good factions vs. large groups of evil factions. The Crimson could still hunt vampires, but new good/evil races would stop it from being the whole world against vampires. Lastly, we would no longer have orcs and elves fighting side by side.
