"Family before Duty, Duty before All."
After the subsequent fall of The Jiù Jīnshān Triad upon Dong Bao's leave and unknown whereabouts - a coup was quickly taken up by the lower members of the triad that wished to seek their own path separate from Dong Bao or his still loyal supporters wherever they may be. Strangely enough, the leader of the forgotten men was the sole chef of the triad, Lubae Siha. Years of indentured servitude finally brought him to a boiling point, and without the Dong to continue his oppression the young half-race man quickly formulated and began leading the next triad into what he believed a golden dawn for the lowly man.
Based around the ideals of family and duty prominently, the Triad enforces a strict viewpoint of Paternal Autocracy based around the leader of the Triad in a "Father Knows Best" ideology. The Golden Dragon Triad, as it is named, believes in racial equality under due service. All people of all creeds are allowed entry into the triad so long as they swear absolute loyalty to the family. Though Sihai are questioned rather severely for any hints of being part of Dong Bao's loyalist regime.
Hierarchy
Dragon Father - The Dragon Father is tasked with guiding the members of the triad as equivalent to a parent would his children, and does his best to look out for their well-being. In exchange, they swear to him absolute loyalty and work hard to earn his favor and praise. If a child acts out of line, it is the duty of the father to put them back upon it.
The Golden Council - A council of five members of the Triad that overlook a different aspect of the triad: Economy, Personnel, Diplomacy, Combat, and Magic. Each of the five chairmen hold responsibilities one would expect of their title in each field, and advise the Dragon Father on the best way to conduct the triad to fit the goals of the family. Typically referred as "Golden Brother" or "Golden Sister" respectively.
Dragon Claws - The main workforce and manpower of the triad. These are initiated members of the clan that work to serve the family. From the lowly worker to the strongest warrior, all are claws of the dragon family. Typically referred to in rank as "Claw Brother" or "Claw Sister" respectively.
Dragon Tails - Uninitiated recruits of the triad. They are given zero information about the inner workings of the family, and are typically the point in which most spies are rooted out. Loyalty and duty are grown during this rank, and only until both of these are undeniable do "Tail Brother" and "Tail Sister" be given the initiation to become Dragon Claws.
