Hello Fellow Massivecrafters! Let's talk about basic economics, things we are doing great, and specifically how God Gear sinks play a role in a simulated Minecraft economy.

    Things we are doing great!
    Darkrooming (Approx 500r/ hour).
    Voting (15r/ day)
Gauntlet Dungeon (up to 80r/ day).
This means players can generate regals sufficiently to meet their playstyles.

I've hears a few people mention that the economy isn't doing well, specifically the God Gear market. While this is technically not true, there are some things we can do to foster greater demand for these items.

Most of these ideas will follow a general rule of thumb.
Encourage players to purchase or trade-in God items!

World Edit is a current great service utilized by players. This is a great money sink. I have two ideas on how we can incorporate God gear towards a payment for these services.

Scenario: Volkovv would like to turn 10,000 blocks to air with staff World Edit services. This would normally cost 1000 regals for this service.

    1) God Item Durability towards service: Alternatively we could allow players to use the durability of a God item towards this service. The service is being used for 10,000 blocks, The average God pick has 6,144 uses, rounding up we could apply two god pickaxes to cover the transaction.

    2) God Item Market Value towards service: Currently the market going value for a God Pickaxe is 65r. We can assign this number to the would-be cost of the service. In this case, that cost would be 1000 regals. 1000/65 = 15.4. Rounding up we could determine that 16 God pickaxes are required to complete this service.

    3) Admin God Item Pricing towards service: The benefit to administration setting a value on the exchange rate for item towards service, means that staff does not have to look at fluctuating prices. Instead, they could perhaps say that 15 God pickaxes always contribute towards 1000 regals worth of service value, regardless of price adjustments. (Using an Item sink will most likely bolster the value of items anyway.)

    4) God Item Durability and Regals assigned towards service: This allows for the continuation of the World edit services to be utilized by server staff as a means for sinking regals, and bolstering demand for the God Gear economy. (Ex. Volkovv still wants to remove 10,000 blocks. Staff requires 5 God pickaxes and 1000 regals to complete the service. )
Currently there is no system in place to facilitate this transaction. A God Item sink such as this allows for versatility.
Scenario: Volkovv has a double chest of God pickaxes sitting in a dusty chest that he will probably never use. Due to this fact, he will never have to purchase another pickaxe ever again.

    1) Upgrade Item Durability: There is some currently unobtainable durability that can be spawned in, that are not available on the enchantment table. (Ex. Pickaxe - Unbr 4, Efficiency 5, Fortune 3). This would prolong the breaking of an item, and not necessarily a good combo for driving up demand with Mcmmo Repair - Arcane Forge above 90% success

    2) Upgrade Item Looting: This would allow a player to have a more useful item yielding more results for time. This would also make swords a better alternative for ender pearl harvesting compared to mcmmo fishing - Shake. (Ex. Sword - Unbr 3, Sharp 5, Looting 4).

    3) Upgrade Item Efficiency: This could allow for a player to get closer to instabreak without super breaker or Haste effects. With so many options for improved efficiency (Beacons, Haste Pots, Racial abilities, or Traits) this would have little effect on those item values. (Ex. Pickaxe - Unbr 3, Efficiency 6, Fortune 3).

    4) Upgrade Item Sharpness or Smite/BOA/Impaling: This would allow players to do more damage to creatures in the Darkroom or to Players. In regards to upgrading sharpness, this would be a viable alternative to fighting against players with Netherite (Should it get released). (Ex. Sword - Unbr 3, Smite 6, Looting 3).
This could be something fun, trading in Items for something more unique.

    1) God Gear for Custom Lore: This is something that currently exists on the servers in many different forms, Shady merchant, KOTH prize, War Trophy. With this alternative players could receive something unique in return for bolstering demand in the economy.

    2) God Gear for Rotating Lore: Currently we see rotating lore with Crates and the Shady merchant. Alternatively, players could turn in their excess God items for Rare Limited - Release Lore items.

On a more constructive note, the god items for stat upgrades seems wack and not required compared to the rest. God items definitely can still be sold into regals if the deal is good enough, but the price has dropped since Arthas/Deld raised theirs earlier this year because demand was there for it. You can't keep the same prices for god armour, weapons and tools when supply has dropped and expect not to see a change in regal income, especially if your output is majorly through these items.
