Is there also a limit to who you can vote for or how many times? I.G. Voting for self, voting for more then one person, or voting multiple times? Because I'd personally like to also vote for @Duskembyr but I'm not sure if that would be allowed...

I'd say you can vote as many times as you'd like, but not multiple times for a single person.

For example, I could vote for myself and Cayorion and MonMarty (Multiple votes but one vote for each separate person), but not vote 50 times for Cayorion and/or 50 times for MonMarty(Multiple votes for same person).
