Prelude
Gilded Rose Cosmetics is a company founded by Rowena Lowenbrau. Her belief is that, while natural beauty is important, such as skincare, cosmetics enhance what you're already blessed with. From a bit of cheek rouge, to full on glamorous Ithanian, be sure to head in. All products are shipped in from La Portée du Paradis, Ithania, and Silverwind. Not only do we offer cosmetics to purchase, but we as well offer services such a haircuts/dyeing, manicures, make-overs, facials, and fashion tips .

Popular Products
Mascara- A well designed tin, filled with black and brown pressed pigment and waterproof oils for those particularly trying days, only applied with a hand-washable spoolie brush. Cost is twenty regals per tin.
Joues Rouges- Twenty shades of eye catching cheek colors, for women of all races and shades to enjoy a natural flush to their cheeks. This hand-pressed and embroidered product lasts for hours through the most sweat-inducing of masquerades.
Fondation Compacte- Seventy shades of pressed foundation. Best for covering sleepless nights and unsightly blemishes in a few light pats. From Pure porcelain to Forest green.
Poudre de l'âme- An all over the face powder for women with an oily complexion. Used to mattify the face, and purify any uneven skin tones or imperfections. This comes in limited shades, as it is generally translucent.
Rouge à lèvres- A full coverage crayon for the lips. Often referred to as "Lipstick", it comes in many tones of red, natural, berry, and even a black. The smoothe formula will glide over lips and provide a soft and non-transferable pout.
Baume à lèvres- A thick balm to be layered over the lips on it's own or under lipstick. A tough product concocted to fight dry, cracked lips. It comes in in clear and ombre, this version changes to fit the natural skin tone of the wearer, but with a hint of color.
Baume pour la peau- Want to wear makeup often, without any side-effects to your skin? This product acts as a barrier between your healthy skin and the products you layer over it. Baume pour la peau comes in many forms for women of normal, oily, dry, and combination skin.
Specialty Services
Masque d'or- A golden mask, when layered over the face, it offers a cooling sensation. Soaked in natural oils to help wipe the stress of your day off in a twenty minute session. This is mainly a service the official sight offers, and is often paired with snacks, champagne, and cucumbers to help cool any puffiness around the eyes.
Crème pour le visage bleu- A cream specifically made to reinforce the skin, and reduce the appearance of aging. Wrinkles, eye bags, discoloration seem to fade within the first treatment.
Couleur de cheveux- Liquids and pastes formed with natural ingredients to color one's hair. Usable on even the most kinkiest of curls, and stubborn of strands. Some colors may have to be applied after a hair-lightening process, so the full effect can take place.
Traitement des ongles- A treatment specifically catering to hands. Starting first by trimming the cuticles, polishing the nails, followed by the application of nail couleur of your choosing. Then a thick cream that smells of roses, that quickly dries into a fragrant mask.

Dame du salon
The one to watch over the entire parlor. While she directs her employees, she simply does not sit around. Sometimes even taking it upon herself to join in and assist with appointments.

Dame des métiers
Ladies who are equipped to do any of the services provided. This takes extensive knowledge and training. Not a position for the faint of heart.
Chimiste cosmétique
A rarely given position held by some who work within the company. This position is for the ladies who are skilled in chemicals and alchemy, hired to help perfect the formulas of products.
Odile la Halcourta
Maquilleur
Specializes in skincare and cosmetics. Must be able to properly apply makeup, and figure out what best suits the client's personal and skin needs.
Coiffeur
Specializes in all things hair-related. Hair removal, hair cutting, hair dyeing, and even hair styling. Must be able to style the hair in such a manner that it suits the face and personal needs of the client.
Technicien de l'ongle
Specializes in hand and nail care. You may have a pretty face, but nails are also important. You must be able to properly care for and fix nails. Whether that be filing and painting, to cutting cuticles.
Dame en formation
These are the men and women in training to become all of the positions above. They are specially catered to, and often given hands-on opportunities to work with clients.
