Getting Unbanned?

I'm was curious on how I go about getting unbanned. It's been like two years since I've been banned for "promoting" the action I actually commited was, when a player asked me where another player has been I pm'ed him the server she was on. Not knowing this was an action I would Be banned for. I played on massive since the beginning and would really like to start oaky out again. Cousin I please get some help on how to do so?
