I was able to take a whole page of notes and smart-pen recordings on this excellent advice. Keep it up, this is precisely the kind of thing many of the staff are likely to take into account when doing things, and it is more then likely that this will lead to a whole new set of improvements to our fine server.

That said, do not give any more. Genius has limits.
